Correlation Matrix
The correlation is a matrix giving the correlations between all pairs of data sets. Above is an image depicting a protein correlation matrix. The color red shows an extremely high correlation where blue is lower. In statistics this matrix is concerned with the collection and interpretation of quantitative data.
